All diet plans are personalised to your social circumstances, food tastes and cultural preferences.
At Food and Fitness, diet plans are designed and based on your condition or specific requirements. Your personal diet plan is then emailed to you within a week following the consultation. All diet plans are designed to meet your needs, meal patterns and work life balance. All diet plans are based on key health recommendations. Our diet plans come with recipes to cover each and every meal.
A follow-up review is recommended, at least a fortnight or month after your initial consultation to check on your progress, make changes to your diet and/or provide further education.
