Exercise plans are personalised to your needs and work life balance.

Whether your new at exercise or already doing it, assessment and support around the most appropriate exercise plan will be discussed with you. Completion of a routine Adult Pre-exercise screening questionnaire is usually done on the day or prior to your appointment.

Online plans are emailed to your email account or you may be provided access via a link code, allowing you to download the exercises. Exercises may be in a video format or PDF, depending on your preferences.  

Personal Training sessions can be organised to your place of choice (home, park, gym or workplace) to show you how to correctly perform the exercises, or you may want to organise a personal trainer at your gym to take you through the program, should you require it.

It is recommended that your exercise plan is reviewed every 4 to 6-weeks for modifications or changes to the program to continue to progress and/or prevent boredom and/or staleness.
